  My spouse and I went in a few months ago very excited to switch. We had a pleasant experience and had no complaints. Now we are trying to use the switch deal and due to a miscommunication we are trying to figure out how to fix it. We were told to call their customer service number and talk to them. Customer service said go to a cooperate store so we did. The cooperate did what they could to help but after putting notes on our account, said ultimately we needed to back to the local third party store and have the manager fix it. I went back to the local store and the associate I talked to was so incredibly rude that I didn't even stay to speak with the manager. Dealing with the situation over the phone took well over an hour and is still not resolved.
