  A shout out to their customer service! I had purchased a set of skids for my snow plow last fall. We didn't get any snow, so I hadn't tried them out. Well, a few weeks ago, the snow came. I put the skids on the plow and the blade didn't even touch the ground! I took them off the plow and returned them to Fleet Farm. By now I had lost the receipt. I explained the situation to the clerk, she was almost apologetic when she told me all I could get for credit is the lowest sale price they had been offered for without the receipt. I was just happy I didn't have to scrap them! I traded them in for the correct skids, put them on the blade and plowed away happy!
